Bilzeo is a peer-to-peer marketplace where fans buy and sell tickets to concerts, sports, theatre, and festivals across the EU. We connect buyers and sellers directly — we don't print tickets, run venues, or organize events.

What Bilzeo is — and isn't
Bilzeo is a resale marketplace: a place where people who already hold a ticket can sell it to another fan, at a price the seller sets.
Bilzeo is not:
- The event organizer
- The official box office
- A primary ticket seller
Every listing on Bilzeo is a resale — a ticket someone already owns and no longer needs.
The problem we solve
Plans change and shows sell out. Somebody ends up with a ticket they can't use, and somebody else wants in for an event that's otherwise unavailable. Bilzeo gives both sides a straightforward, EU-wide way to do that — instead of informal chats, classified ads, or social-media marketplaces that offer no protection if something goes wrong.
How trust works here
No marketplace can inspect a ticket before it changes hands — only the event organizer controls whether a ticket is valid. Rather than promise something we can't check, we protect buyers a different way:
- The Buyer Guarantee. Every order is covered automatically, at no extra cost — it isn't a separate product you buy. If a ticket turns out to be invalid, never arrives, or you're refused entry at the event, Bilzeo (INTERHUB s.r.o.) replaces it or refunds you in full, from our own funds. - Seller status shown upfront. Each listing states whether the seller is a private individual or a trader/business. This matters: buying from a private seller means the usual consumer-protection rights don't apply to that seller, and the Buyer Guarantee is what protects you instead. We disclose this rather than leave you to guess.
- No hidden fees. The price shown is the price you pay — there's no separate buyer fee. Listings also show the ticket's original face value next to the seller's price, so you can see clearly if it's marked up, and by how much.
How payment works
You pay the seller directly, by bank transfer, once you place an order — Bilzeo never receives, holds, or moves your money. If the seller doesn't confirm receipt of payment within the reservation window, the order is cancelled automatically and the ticket is released back to the listing. Because it's a direct bank transfer rather than a card payment, there's no chargeback — the Buyer Guarantee is what protects you if something goes wrong.
Selling on Bilzeo
You can only list a ticket you already hold — Bilzeo doesn't allow speculative listings for tickets a seller doesn't yet have. To list one, you pick the event, enter the section, row, and quantity, set your own price, and add your IBAN for payout. Bilzeo earns a commission on completed sales, charged to the seller — buyers never pay it.
