Bilzeo is a resale marketplace — not the official seller or box office. Prices are set by sellers and may be above face value.

How Bilzeo Works

Bilzeo connects people who already hold a ticket they can no longer use with people who want to buy one — safely and transparently.

What is Bilzeo?

Bilzeo is a peer-to-peer resale marketplace for event tickets, operating across the EU.

We are not the event organiser and we are not the official box office. Every listing on Bilzeo is a resale: a ticket someone already holds and is now selling on to you, sometimes above face value and sometimes below it. Face value is always shown next to the seller's price so you can compare them.

Bilzeo is operated by INTERHUB s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic.

How do I buy a ticket?

  1. Find your event — search or browse for the concert, match, or show you want.
  2. Compare offers — see the available offers for that event. Each offer shows the price, section and row, quantity, and how the ticket will be delivered (an official ticket transfer, which is the most reliable method; a mobile transfer; or a PDF).
  3. Commit to an order — choose the offer you want and place your order. This reserves the ticket so no one else can buy it while you pay.
  4. Pay the seller directly — you'll see the seller's IBAN and a unique payment reference for your order. Send the exact amount by SEPA transfer (the standard bank transfer used across the EU) from your own bank account.
  5. Mark it as sent — once you've sent the transfer, tell us in your order, so the seller knows a payment is on its way.
  6. Wait for the seller to confirm — the seller checks their account and confirms they've received your payment.
  7. Receive your ticket — the seller sends it to you using the delivery method shown on the listing.
  8. Confirm receipt — once you have the ticket, confirm it in your order. That completes the order.

Every order is covered by our Buyer Guarantee from the moment you pay — see below.

How do I sell a ticket?

You can only list a ticket you already hold — Bilzeo doesn't allow speculative listings for tickets you don't have yet.

  1. Pick your event — find it in our catalogue.
  2. List your ticket — enter the section, row, quantity, and the price you want, plus the IBAN you want to be paid into.
  3. Declare your seller status — tell buyers whether you're selling as a private individual or as a trader/business. This is shown on your listing.
  4. Get notified of an order — when a buyer commits to buy, we'll let you know.
  5. Confirm receipt of payment — check your bank account for the buyer's transfer (it will carry their order reference), then confirm receipt.
  6. Deliver the ticket — use an official ticket transfer where the event platform supports it, or a mobile transfer or PDF otherwise.

Once the buyer confirms they've received the ticket, the sale is complete. Bilzeo then invoices you a 15% commission on the sale price — this isn't deducted automatically, since the buyer paid you directly.

What is the Buyer Guarantee?

Because payment goes straight from your bank account to the seller's, a bank transfer can't be reversed the way a card payment can. That's why every order on Bilzeo is backed by the Buyer Guarantee, funded and run by Bilzeo itself, at no extra cost to you.

We can't inspect a ticket before it's sold, so we can't promise every ticket in advance. What we do promise is what happens if something goes wrong: if a ticket you bought turns out to be invalid, never arrives, or you're refused entry with it, Bilzeo will get you a replacement or refund you in full, from our own funds.

The Buyer Guarantee is automatic and included with every purchase. It isn't insurance, and there's no premium to buy it. Full policy details are at /refund.

Why bank transfer instead of card payment?

Bilzeo never receives, holds, or routes buyer or seller money. We're not a payment processor and we don't hold funds in escrow — your payment goes directly from your bank account to the seller's.

That's also why you should only send payment through your order (using the reference shown there), always wait for seller confirmation before expecting delivery, and why the Buyer Guarantee — not a chargeback — is what protects you if something goes wrong.

What does it cost?

  • Buyers pay no fee. The price shown on the listing is the price you pay — nothing added at checkout.
  • Sellers pay a 15% commission on the sale price, invoiced by Bilzeo once the order is completed.

Private sellers vs. business sellers — what's the difference?

Every listing shows whether the seller is a private individual or a trader/business, as they've declared it.

Buying from a private seller is a private sale between two individuals — the consumer-protection rights that normally apply when you buy from a business don't apply to that purchase. The Buyer Guarantee is what protects you instead, on every order, regardless of seller type.

Buying from a trader/business seller: trader/business sellers may be subject to additional legal obligations that don't apply to private sellers. See /terms for full details.

What if the seller doesn't confirm my payment?

Every order has a reservation window — currently around 48 hours from when you place the order. If the seller hasn't confirmed receipt of your payment by then, the order can be cancelled and the ticket released back for sale.

If you've already sent your transfer and the seller doesn't confirm, that's exactly the situation the Buyer Guarantee exists for — since a bank transfer can't simply be reversed, contact us and we'll sort it out.

What if my ticket doesn't work, or never arrives?

Contact support@bilzeo.com. Under the Buyer Guarantee, you're entitled to a replacement ticket or a full refund from Bilzeo. Full terms are at /refund.
