Terms of Service
Operated by INTERHUB s.r.o. · Last updated: 24 June 2026 · Effective: 24 June 2026
1. Who we are
Bilzeo is operated by INTERHUB s.r.o., a limited liability company incorporated in the Czech Republic, with registered seat at Spojovací 192/17, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic; company ID (IČO) 24335363; registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 439551; represented by its director George-Robert Flurche.
Contact: support@bilzeo.com · Legal/notices & single point of contact: legal@bilzeo.com · VAT: not a VAT payer (neplátce DPH). We operate in the Czech Republic and address the European Union market. The Bilzeo service is not offered to, and may not be used by, persons located in or resident in France or any French territory — no registration, listing, or purchase; we do not advertise resale in France and may block access from those locations.
2. What Bilzeo is — and what it is not
Bilzeo is a peer-to-peer resale marketplace and intermediary. We provide a venue where private and professional Sellers list event tickets they already hold, and Buyers can find and purchase them. We are not the seller, organiser, promoter, venue, or box office, and we are not the primary or official ticket provider. When you buy, your contract for the ticket is concluded directly with the third-party Seller; we act only as intermediary and as guarantor under our Buyer Guarantee (Section 8). Tickets may be offered above (or below) their original face value — prices are set by Sellers, and the original face value is shown alongside the Seller's price.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Sellers browse and list under a pseudonymous handle; certain identity and tax details are required before a Seller can receive real payments (Sections 6 and 11).
4. The three relationships (read this — it affects your rights)
- Buyer ↔ Seller — the contract for the ticket. Where a Seller acts as a private individual (consumer), mandatory EU/Czech consumer-protection rights against the Seller do not apply to that sale (for example, there is no statutory conformity guarantee against a private seller). Your protection in that case is our Buyer Guarantee. Where a Seller acts as a trader, that sale is a trader-to-consumer sale and statutory rights apply to it. We show you, before you commit, whether a Seller is declared as a private seller or a trader.
- You ↔ us (the Operator) — our intermediary and guarantee service to you. This service is provided by INTERHUB s.r.o. as a trader, and your consumer rights in respect of our service apply.
- Seller ↔ us — the Seller's use of the Platform and the Seller commission (Section 11).
5. Prices, fees and what you pay
The price you see is the Seller's price, which is the total you pay — we add no buyer fee. We display the original face value next to it for transparency; the difference is set by the Seller and is not a discount or saving offered by us. All applicable amounts are shown before you confirm. Our own revenue is a commission charged to the Seller (Section 11); it is not added to your price.
6. How payment works — you pay the Seller directly; we never hold your money
After you commit to an offer, we show you the Seller's payment details (IBAN, account-holder name) and a unique payment reference for that one order. You pay the Seller directly by SEPA bank transfer. INTERHUB s.r.o. never receives, holds, routes, or pays out your money — we are not a payment service and hold no licence to handle funds, because we are never in the payment flow. You mark the order "I've sent the transfer"; the Seller confirms receipt; the Seller then delivers. Because a bank transfer is not reversible like a card payment, your protection is our Buyer Guarantee (Section 8) — not a card chargeback. The payment details we show you are snapshotted to your order, so a later change by the Seller cannot alter what you were asked to pay.
7. Seller obligations and prohibited conduct
Sellers may list only tickets they actually hold — speculative listings are prohibited and will be removed. Sellers must describe tickets accurately (event, date, section/row, quantity, delivery method), have the right to transfer them, deliver promptly after confirming receipt of payment, and declare whether they list as a private seller or a trader. We treat a seller as a trader where their activity is organised and profit-seeking (for example buying tickets to resell or selling at scale), assessed on all the circumstances; as a guide, we will normally ask a seller to register as a trader once they pass 30 sales or €2,000 in any 12 months, though we may classify a seller as a trader before that. Prohibited: fraudulent, duplicate, already-used, or misdescribed tickets; listing events that do not exist; circumventing the Platform; and any unlawful content. We may refuse, suspend, or remove listings and accounts to enforce these Terms or the law.
8. The Buyer Guarantee (summary — full text in the Refund & Guarantee Policy)
Every order is covered by our Buyer Guarantee, funded by us. If your ticket is invalid, does not arrive, or you are refused entry, you receive a replacement or a full refund of what you paid, operated and funded by INTERHUB s.r.o. The Guarantee is a free contractual commitment of our service — there is no premium and it is not an insurance product. We do not verify ticket validity (we have no issuer access); we promise an outcome, not validity. See the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
9. No 14-day withdrawal for event tickets
We list only fixed-date events. A ticket to an event on a specified date or period is a contract for the use of free time supplied on that date, exempt from the EU/Czech 14-day distance right of withdrawal (Civil Code §1837(j); CRD Art. 16(l)). By completing an order you acknowledge this exemption. Where the Seller is a private individual, the consumer-withdrawal rules do not apply to that sale at all; you remain protected by the Buyer Guarantee instead. (We do not list open-dated or undated tickets, which this exemption would not cover.)
10. Reporting illegal content; how offers are ranked; reviews
- Notice and action. Anyone may report an unlawful or infringing listing via abuse@bilzeo.com or the "Report this listing" control. We review reports, may remove content, and give the affected Seller a reasoned decision, consistent with the EU Digital Services Act.
- Ranking. Offers under an event are shown grouped by section/zone and can be sorted/filtered by price, quantity, and delivery method; we do not accept payment from Sellers for ranking.
- Reviews. Reviews can be left only by a Buyer with a completed order for that Seller, so they reflect real transactions.
11. Seller commission
Our fee is a commission of 15% of the sale price, charged to the Seller (invoiced; in the current phase, by manual invoice). There is no buyer fee. Commission terms, invoicing and any set-off against amounts owed to the Seller are part of the Seller's relationship with us.
12. Liability
As intermediary, we are not a party to the ticket contract and are not liable for the Seller's performance beyond our Buyer Guarantee, which is your agreed remedy for the events it covers. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for harm to health or life, and mandatory consumer-protection liability). Subject to that, our aggregate liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for a Seller's tickets being valid, since we do not and cannot verify them.
13. Term, suspension, changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and apply to orders placed after they take effect. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or legal reasons.
14. Governing law, consumer protection and disputes
These Terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts where EU law so provides. For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, the competent body in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.gov.cz. (The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer available.) You may also contact us first at support@bilzeo.com — we try to resolve issues directly.
